Conscious Movement
Festival

Cape Town

December 13-15, 2024

Welcome
to a journey
of Spirit and Movement
Step into a sacred space where the rhythm of the Earth meets the dance of the Cosmos.

The Conscious Movement Festival in Cape Town is a pilgrimage back to our ancestral roots, celebrating the profound wisdom of indigenous cultures through the language of movement, song, and dance.

This festival is an invitation to awaken your spirit, connect deeply with the community, and harmonize with the natural world.
In a trance, I can change myself into a star and visit my God in the sky….and when I return, I fall to the ground as rain...and become a person again.
~ Tsitano Muburunyara, San trance ceremony leader
